The COVID-19 Pandemic has not stopped Cyril playing pan and spreading joy in the community. You may have seen him being interviewed on BBC for his part in reducing vaccine hesitancy by playing pan at several hospitals between March to May this year.

As we approach Xmas, so does he move nearer to 90!  He will in fact be 90 on 13th December and we are inviting all to join his celebrations on Sunday 12th December at 7pm at the Tabernacle, W11 2AY.  We are asking for a donation of £5 to cover the cost of the venue and birthday related activities. There will be steelpan, calypso, Xmas singing, and dancing and Cyril wants to give an address himself to thank the community for supporting him over the years. His family will let us into some of the family’s secrets through the showing of a family album after which he will blow out his many candles and cut the cake.
