On November 7th, at The Tabernacle in London, actor Eimutis Kvoščiauskas presents a one-man show based on true events—a touching and deeply moving story from his own family history. At the heart of the performance is Eimutis’s grandmother, Ona Liutvinaitė-Kvoščiauskienė, who, in the post-war years, was forced to choose between fear and loyalty to her family and values.

It is a story about the era of the Lithuanian partisans, love for one’s family, the price of freedom, and human resilience in the face of the direst circumstances. This is not merely the story of a single family; it is the story of an entire generation whose destinies were transformed by war, occupation, and the fight for freedom.
